Each grade is made up of 8-10 students, taught grade level subjects with differentiated instruction based on ability and learning style. Student response is constantly monitored and teaching techniques are adapted to most effectively meet individual needs. Self-esteem is an important factor in the learning process and as students experience success, they find the confidence to attempt greater challenges in their academics. The nurturing environment at Woodfield Academy supports social-emotional learning in both individual and group situations.
